The staff at 'Cafe Mass' were great as were the restaurant staff & elsewhere. (hello to Dennis) This was our first time in the Maldives with an outside bathroom....I must say the only downside is - being the hairdryer is in the bathroom because by the time you have dried your hair in the heat you're ready for another shower...this is minor but just thought I'd mention it. The swimming & snorkelling was very good..(this is the main thing me & my husband go for), we saw fish we had never seen before.   "We stayed here for seven nights for our one year wedding anniversary and it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays we have had. The island is divided in to halves, this half of the island is more secluded, reserved for the water villa customers only. We highly recommend the water villas..." for couples and honeymooners. The room and toilet are both clean and spacious, we love the private hot tub and the sun bed outside. You can go straight into the sea for snorkelling from your own balcony. The beach is very nice with light coloured sand, the villas look amazing during sunset. We got the all inclusive package, the restaurant is great. Head chef creates a different menu each day for lunch and dinner with different choices for each course. There is a very good list of cocktails to choose from, our favourite was the Mojito.   "We visited the island July 2013' as we arrived at the jetty we were amazed at the view of the island,we had booked a beach villa but although nice was a bit far away from amenities.we requested to be moved and without hesitation the next morning given a choice of villas on the waters edge to select...."what a location we had practically in the ocean.everything about the island was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble to the amazeing staff,the food was superb no Dodgy stomachs,we upgraded to water villa for last two nights we felt like royalty and had our own personal butler. Yes there is a wall so what ,80% of the island hasn't, and I certainly recommend this island to anyone . Best holiday ever (Johnny /ann mc ) from Liverpool England. " More >
