  "Waterberry has a very laid back atmosphere and our stay here was very comfortable and relaxed. The food, while not quite as sophisticated as some other luxury lodges, is very well presented and delicious. The dining arrangements were individual tables, which we prefer over a single communal table...." The service is very friendly and efficient, but does lack a bit of confidence – something that will no doubt come with experience. The main drawback was that the room we had was quite small, basically having only enough space for a double bed (not queen or king) and dresser. If we wanted to sit down we had to go outside or to the communal lounge. The activities were well organised, but I would avoid the bird walk unless you have a very high quality pair of binoculars. The village walk is an absolute must-do in my opinion, the villagers were just delightful and ask only that you send them a copy of any photos you take. " More >
