ROOM: We stayed in a beachfront spa bure. The room is very nice, with a king sized bed as well as a twin sized bed for the snoring spouse. ;) It came with a mini-fridge, hot water heater for tea, air conditioning, and a two person spa tub with a viewing window to see the ocean from. Our one complaint would be that the air conditioner was not working properly and the room got very hot. As you can imagine, this made for some uncomfortable sleeping.   "We have just spent a great week at First Landing. The building is all complete. We thought the rooms were great, a good size clean and nicely spaced. The walls were a bit thin for noise but it was not an issue. The messages left by the housekeeping were lovely. We had to change rooms as some large ..."wasps decided they liked our cabin too. It was handled so well and they upgraded us to a beach front room, which was lovely too. We did not tend to stay around the pool, it was a nice pool but a bit noisy for us. We found quiet spots around the resort with hammocks and were very happy. We found all the staff to be fabulous, special mention has to go to Kelly, who is a gem. The food was great; breakfast we loved. We are not cooked breakfast people but if you want a cooked breakfast, it was not an expensive extra.
