  "I found this place after I moved through dorms at a couple other hostels in Lima and realized that I wanted some peace and privacy. As a solo traveler, I had a hard time finding single rooms at a good price in Lima. This place has two single room options that are very reasonably priced (same as a ..."dorm bed in some other hostels!), especially if you stay more than three days. I ended up using it as a sort of hub while I visited different regions of Peru, and they kindly stored my luggage for free. The included breakfast is excellent--fresh bread, fresh fruit juice, eggs, tea, and coffee. Kitchen is functional and clean. The closest supermarket is Viva 3-4 blocks away, which is not the cheapest but does have nice imported options if you're aching for a little indulgence. Wifi is good, and there's a tv/dvd player in the room if you just want to chill out with a dvd marathon from their extensive dvd collection.
