Now the nitty gritty they just need to pump a bit of money into the place, new beds and bedding, upgrade the foxtel so you can watch whatever you want very confusing and frustrating tv set up...", if they wernt so nice i probably would of gone and complained, you may argue i shouldnt be watching tv on the beautiful sunshine coast but its nice at night after dinner to watch some good tv!!   "I stayed here at the Landmark this past weekend- May 17-20, 2013 in a 1 BDR studio apartment. Firstly...the pluses about this property... -great central location - opposite the beach, bbq facilities in the park area on the esplanade, opposite the Surf Club (nice venue for food and drinks),..." in the heart of the 'street' so shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes walk around. Close to the wharf and Sea World (5 mins walk), close to bus stop (5 min walk). -Modernish 4 star- has small gym, sauna, outdoor pool - room- decent size, bed comfy, balcony for all rooms, kitchen compact but usable with 2 hot plates and microwave - friendly reception staff, very helpful -aircon -good hot water supply -outdoor roof top spa area -spa bath available in the room -Apartment generally clean Now- the negatives... -no heating at all (which I accept they mostly would not require, however it got down to 5 degrees overnight, so room got c...   "We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor and were perfectly happy with it. We were facing North East and just below was a view of the gardens with outdoor pool and straight ahead up the Esplanade which we enjoyed. Maybe it's because we live out in the bush that a view of busy streets, plus the ocean a..."ppeals. We get all the peace and quiet we need at home. Our room was excellent, in fact will go so far as to say, this is the best accommodation we have experienced on the Sunshine Coast. The kitchen had everything needed, comfy bed and large spa. Excellent position, just have to go downstairs to the Irish Pub, Ric's and also thru the side garden to Coles Supermarket. How much more central could you be? We had an excellent deal for $99 per night, stayed 3 nights and wished it was longer. Will definitely return and have akready booked a stay in June at the Mantra French Quarter in Noosa. " More >
