The standard double room which we booked was spacious, recently remodelled and modern equipped with a super comfortable bed, the WC separated from the bathroom. The location is quite, but still central, near to the beach, the coffee shops on the promenade and with many restaurants are in walking distance. Behind the hotel is sufficient free parking space. The restaurant is old-fashioned elegant, in the evening set for candlelight diners, nonetheless cosy and inviting. The food was tasty. It is a beautiful property overlooking the Baltic Sea on the northern coast of Germany. The interior is decorated in warm and welcoming colors, the spa is ..."a fantastic place to relax and unwind. They offer classes in beginning Yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong and water aerobics. The pool is both indoor and outdoor allowing you to start your swim inside and then brave the cold outside while never getting out of the water. Their restaurant is tops and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever experienced in Europe, even compared to a 5 star hotel I stayed at in Munich many years ago. The staff is always smiling and willing to help. I have never seen such hard working people who are also so happy.
