  "We stayed here last week for two nights. The room was the usual good standard but only one hand towel for two of us! On asking for another we were told that policy was to supply one but if a guest asked they could have another! The restaurant was a bit of a disaster. The first evening our table was..." next to a large table of four or five adults and four or five young children. The children were out of control and made the meal a nightmare. Neither parents or staff made any attempt to control them. When we cpmplained to the staff we got an apology and the offer of a free coffee each. Our food was ok. The next night my Wife ordered a steak, hung for 21 days and I fish and chips. The steak was so tough it was inedible and the fish was so dry and overcooked. Our complaint resulted in a full refund for the two meals and an apology. The staff were as usual friendly and helpful.
