  "Langstone hotel review check in was excellent and very efficient although i was not happy with the room as it was right next to the car park when i spoke to spencer who checked me in he was very helpful and gave me another room without question, great service well done. The room and bathroom were ..."both very nice but the actual shower head was dirty and disgusting and was hanging off the fitting, this was disappointing as everything else in the room was excellent. Once again i spoke with Spencer who said it would be dealt with tomorrow , I am afraid the shower issue was not deal when i returned that night so I called reception and Franco the duty manager came up to my room and agreed instantly that this was not acceptable and gave me a new room 2 doors away, he also sent up a bottle of wine as an apology, this should never have happened but the response was very good and swift.
