Nicely done in a very good style, spacious rooms with very clean and well equipped bathrooms. Yeah...bed was very comfortable. And the care for details....I was overwhelmed by stay in that place.   "We booked for a short stay, whilst touring from top to Bottom through the Peak District Countryside, (Telegraph recommended tour in the paper) We took what they called a Junior Suite, room 8, apparently they have two of them, we did this because the hotel was nearly fully booked when we booked it a ..."couple of months ago. Very popular with walking parties, I understand. The suite turned out to be fantastic, very modern spacious, three rooms 2 televisions, very modern ensuite, overall very comfortable, if you can afford it, it comes highly recommended, by us. (Costing just a touch over £150.00p per night). The Hotel was very old, rather like Buxton itself, and although our suite was very modern, a lot of the Hotel rooms, that we saw were spacious, but old fashioned. Lounge and dinning room excellent decor, we had a window table for dinner, which was very good.
