The guests on the bottom floor must walk outside and around the house and up a narrow steep dirt path to the third floor to eat. The rooms, bathrooms, and everything else are spotlessly clean. Each room is different in size, furniture, etc. Kids all seem to be housed on the top floor so the bottom floor is quieter but lacks a view. All rooms have shared bathrooms. Some foreign guests don't understand that sunshine in June in Iceland does NOT indicate that it is daytime (actual night doesn't happen) so they talked loudly even quite late at night.
