  "I had a wonderful four night stay at La Regence Chez Betty. My room (#10) was cozy, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The room appeared to be recently renovated. The entry to the guest rooms in this small hotel was through a cafe where, if needed, help was available day (thanks to Thierry) and nig..."ht (thanks to Betty). The hotel was located high up in the center of town, conveniently across from a tourist information office. The train station was about a 15 minute walk but, with too much luggage, I found the last part up a steep road to be a bit of a struggle. It was much easier going downhill with luggage when I left. Villefranche sur Mer was a beautiful town to explore for a day. Other sites to visit, including Monaco, were only a short train ride away. For my trip, La Regence Chez Betty served as a perfect home base for exploring the area. I would not hesitate to stay there again. " More >
