The air cleared once I called my travel agent in India and things were sorted thereafter. The receptionist then maybe realized her mistake and spoke softly and cordially. I got two of my rooms after waiting for about 60 more minutes and the keys to my third room were provided to me after a further delay of about 80-90 minutes. The rooms were nicely done and the bathrooms too looked good. The prominent feature of the rooms given to me were large windows and an exceptional view!   "My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights this spring. We found the staff very helpful , room was comfortable with restful bed and nicely appointed bathroom.   "When I booked this hotel it sounded expensive. However the room is HUGE! Great location. Book an executive room and you get access to lounge with complimentary drinks til almost midnight. I can honestly say, WELL worth the cost. Give yourself a treat people and spend a night here . "
