The staff are amazing and are what really makes this resort stand out. They are all so professional and happy in their job. Extra thanks to Luis, Oscar and the lady waitress in Basmati, Gloria and Lorenzo at Toscana, Cezar at the Martini Bar, Maria at the beach and the Pizza guy who works so hard next to the oven in the heat. Also, the guys who replenish the towels by the pool and the cleaners, it is these staff which keep the resort so great but don’t usually receive any acknowledgement. We really didn't think it would be possible to top the place we stayed at last year for our daughter's wedding but it exceeded my expectations i..."n everyway. I'm not sure where to start since so many things should be mentioned. We stayed in one of the swimup suites in the Excellence Club section, building #9. The service and attention alone was well worth the extra dollars. Our patio was fantastic. Such a lovely view of the pool. Comfy bed and nice table and chairs to enjoy room service when not up to getting dressed for a restaurant. The pool concierge, Manuel & Lidia, (not sure of the spelling, sorry!) were fantastic and made sure you always had clean, dry towels on your chaise lounge or after climbing out of the pool. Could not be nicer! Julio who took our drink orders always made sure we had what we needed as well.... " More >
