Rooms are very clean, confortable with good beds, new bathrooms and AC. There are different categories of rooms. All do not have sea views..." but the garden views offer a good price and have all you need. The swimmming pool should be ready this summer. Breakast on the terrace is very nice and the quality of the food for dinner is exceptionnal. Best caponara of the island, including the one made by my aunts... If you're looking for a luxury hotel dont go there, in fact don't go to Scopello. We stayed 3 nights in late April - the perfect Pensione and ideally located for walking through the nearby Zingaro coastal reserve or for exploring western Sicily. Civilised guests of all nationalities cle..."arly enjoyed the Pensione and most stayed for several nights. The Pensione was modernised a couple of years ago and everything is very well appointed. We stayed in Room 4 - first floor - large and with sofas to relax on. The evening set meals were quite outstanding - mains mostly simple fish but cooked superbly. Breakfasts unusual, healthy and enjoyed by everyone. Marisin the hostess is charming, accomplished at mixing with her varied guests and ever helpful and attentive.
