As far as room pricing goes, join their "Membership Club" and receive further discounts. Breakfast can be included and it is rather spartan, but can be filling if you're relying on it. When we made our reservations, we were not made aware of the major remodeling that had been transpiring for a couple of months. They were quite accommodating when we were there - even asking when we would want our room cleaned. Work should be completed by the end of this month (October 2012).
