Large clean rooms with friendly service. The air condition was so loud that it had to be turned off during the night to allow sleep. Stayed during the Davis Cup tie between Netherlands and RSA. Beds are old, pillows poor. Bathrooms old. The breakfast and restaurant facilities are mediocre. Fortunately a new mall Mooirivier was opened accros the road from the hotel, which has ample choice of restaurants.

Stayed here for 1 night on a cricket tour, what a lovely hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. Only drawback was no lift to 1st floor, but that would be nitpicking.
