We booked a superior room for 2 nights on booking.com, as hotel was advertised as accepting dogs. We were then told to cancel our booking if our dog was big,as only little dogs were allowed and only in a standard room. A dog is a dog surely? Very disappointed as we had been recommended this by friends.
