“Rude and not an honest price”

We spent a couple of days in the B&B, on the first night we were charged 100euro for having a room with a/c. The a/c stopped working in the middle of the night and there wasn't hot water for the shower. Breakfast was really poor and the lady who runs the B&B lacks of any customer service's skills.
