Simple small NZ motel, with great location beside the beach. Photos tell more than the words here, apart from noting that at $195 per night it was extraordinarily expensive, and excluding the beach, offered very poor value for money. But then it was full the whole time we were there, so it's obviously not an issue to most.

A remote, 1960's Kiwi-style small lodge located on a perfect, white sandy beach with an orientation toward fishing. Reasonably clean, with friendly staff. What is lacking in style and amenities is mostly compensated by location, but could use modernizing (no in-room phones, no internet, limited TV etc.)
