A great hotel when living in the newly renovated rooms. The spa is amazing... one of the European master pieces within architecture and floating around in one of the pools you will understand why.

The thermes are nice, big and with a gorgeous panorama. The service in the therme is ok. The hotel is not worthy, extremely expensive while the rooms are poor and in 50's style with no remordenisation at all. i reserved a "selva stucco" room (design room) after reading the hotel web page that stated that dogs were accepted at building selva, however i was e-mailed later saying dogs are only accepted in lower levels. so i had to take a standar selva room which was an entire dissapointment (room 145): probably no more than 10 square metres room... This was our second visit to the Therme and, once again, it was absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a 3rd floor Temporaries room with a majestic view of the valley and mountains. The journey to get there as well as the experience of the baths are well worth it. The Baths are an architectural project that can only be truly appreciated by immersing yourself into the experience of bathing itself.
