The hotel is okay, but they have definite issues with staff training. It seemed like almost all the front desk and restaurant staff were new. My wife and I recently stayed at Quest Brighton on the Bay and had a wonderful time. The staff were extremely attentive to our needs and the restaurant was superb ! Our room was clean and opened on to a private balcony. All top notch. Thanks guys we'll be back !
