We spent just one night at this hotel at the end of our holiday. It was certainly a good decision and the hotel is a wonderful place to stay in. The rooms are nice and large and there are quite a few good restaurants to eat in the hotel. They have a good spa with facilities such as indoor and... More

Recently enjoyed a 4 night stay in this beautiful hotel. The room which was pool facing was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed the spa experience. One of the best hot stone massages I have ever had. The resort has three pools all of which are attended by lifeguards and bar staff on roller blades. It was never crowded... More

Its rare I stay in 5 star accommodation, so when I spare no expense for a resort stay, I expect excellence, & I'm not sure Marriott delivered. Firstly I couldn't check into the room until 4pm because the room wasn't ready. Our luggage arrived one hour later. Then comes the fun & games in getting a sun bed by the... More

Have to give credit to the Marriot: good value for money, and fantastic staff. The finish and interiors of the Movenpick are slightly more upmarket, but the scale and accessibility of the Marriot resort is more relaxing, the service personal and professional and the food and drink priced better than competitors. If I were to return to the Dead Sea... More

Non-smoking rooms are on Moevenpick side of hotel, which has loud music from parties into the early hours. Management was extremely unhelpful in resolving issue, clearly did not care. We ended up switching to other side of hotel, which only has smoking rooms. We are still trying to resolve a billing mess a month after departure, having been charged twice!... More

Close to the major airport in Amman an hour or so away with easy access by coach along largely well prepared roads. Spectacular setting looking across the Dead sea towards Israel with the pools forming a cascade down towards the Dead Sea bathing area. We had a large room with an extra large balcony area where we could relax in... More

I said with my wife and son in March while I was on a business trip in the dead sea... I have to say the hotel was crowded during the event but their team seemed to be well trained in such times. Food is great, the property is great, very clean..... and the service... superb!!! Especially the Jordan Valley locals,... More

The hotel was excellent and the access to the Dead Sea too. Great fun floating around ! Breakfast was good, but the lack of much of a selection of fresh fruit was a bit disappointing. Bar prices were high , £6 for a glass of wine and taxes on top! If you like alcohol , beware! In this Muslim country... More

The hotel is relatively new and nice. My room was big, spacious, with very comfortable beds, and gorgeous view of the pools and the Dead Sea. We had dinner in the Italian restaurant in the hotel, and it was awesome. The breakfast spread was really nice too! It has private access to the Dead Sea, where you put some dead... More
