It was a Dramatic experience, all drinks diluted with water, managing staff very unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome and waiting staff poorly trained in languages and service. Barkeepers who still were nice were not allowed to work anymore in the bars we visited as they, according to managers, were too freegiving in the amount of liquor in cocktails.

This was our second summer vacation; and for this year, after the magnificent time we did spend there last year, we have chosen the same hotel. Everything, from start to finish was perfect. Food (yes, especially the food! ), quality of rooms, the pool(s), a-la-carte restaurants, etc. The whole thing was absolutely 5 star.
