The area around the hotel has a pleasant architectural component. In it live mostly Arabs. There are no shops, cafes, etc. nearby. You should go to the nearest one about 7-10 minutes. At the moment hotel was in the state of renovation. The interior decoration was just near the finish line, but we have heard no noise. We had to... More

It was one of the cheaper hotels I found in Brussels but anyway the room was ekstremalny small. It was not much bigger than the bed. It was very easy to pour water from the shower onto the floor so every time I had to dry it with my towel. Breakfast included into price was very small - coffee/tea, few... More

First time when I I saw this hotel I felt great disappointment, in reality looks completely different then on the pictures on website. La potiniere hotel is located in ugly, industrial area, about 30 minutes walk from city center and at evening I didn't feel comfortable to walk there neither my friends.Hotel looks cheap and dirty, rooms weren't clean properly,... I booked the hotel before I read the unremittingly bad reviews and was dreading my stay, but it was actually fine. The room was quite small and very basic, but it was clean and the decor was fine. Hey, maybe not the place for a romantic break, but absolutely fine for guys travelling. Overall, the decor was fine and the... More

Against my expectations, the hotel was good. I booked it for one reason only - it was located in Schaerbeek on the way from Brussels Zaventem Airport to the city center. But I've been there, when arrived in Brussels at the beginning of the trip. Now I had to fly back was interested in the proximity and convenient location of... More

I was compelled to go to that hotel, as it was the only one with a room left during a busy week in Brussels. The neighborhood is unsafe, and that is a fact. Also, it is very dirty, it looks nothing like the rest of beautiful Brussels. The Hotel is in a very, very old building, reception is dirty, the... More

Firstly, make sure you know how to get here without asking around. Reason being, the hotel is located in a rather dodgy turkish quarters and not really very popular. We kept getting wrong directions from asking around, and ended up walking with our 70L packs uphill for about 2km. To get to the hotel, take tram no. 55 from Gare... More

We booked this hotel through tripsta, it is without doubt the worst hotel we have ever in our life stayed in. Filthy, stained sheet, dirty filthy bathroom, the bedroom smelt like a sewer, the staff were very intimidating to women, why these booking agents are still classing it as a hotel is beyond me. There should be some way of... More
