We visited Mango bay in May and were reasonably pleased with our choice. While I certainly woudn't class this hotel as 4 stars, it was sufficient and met our needs. The reception & the staff who assist you on arrival are friendly & welcoming. The bedroom (406) was light, airy, cool & comfortable with a nice view of the pool... More

Stayed in Mango Bay for a week in May before heading off on a Cruise. I can honestly say that our stay at Mango Bay was great. Rooms were nice and big and cleaned daily. All the staff were really nice and the Barbados people are just so friendly. The food in the hotel was lovely and always very well... More

We have just returned from Mango Bay after a holiday that the staff did every thing to make it as great as usual. There is work going on to improve the beach all along Holetown and up to Fokstone park but the disturbance was minimal and the beach is already returning. The Hotel offered to any body who wished to... More

Mango Bay is the ONLY place I would stay in the Caribbean. The staff are the kindest and most sincere you could find and that is al the staff, not just then ones who have immediate contact with guests. Nothing is too much trouble and any issues are resolved with haste. The coastal improvements with really enhance the beach and... More

Having been unfortunate enough to have had an accident on our way through immigration, breaking three bones in my foot, we thought seriously about returning early to the U.K. but are so glad we decided to stay at Mango Bay. On arrival I was hobbling badly and shortly after reaching our room it was obvious that I had hurt my... More

I am currently staying at The Mango Bay in Holetown Barbados. If you are thinking of coming here in the next few weeks be aware that there is substantial work being carried out on the beach in front of the hotel. Because of this work you can not really go onto the beach. The hotel staff are doing everything they... More

Reading some of the other reviews must say I am shocked, our experience at Mango Bay was totally different to others. Having arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by reception after a long flight and given a cold towel and fruit punch. After this we were told we needed to provide a credit card (but not explained why -... More

Endorse the most recent review and cannot thank the staff enough for their goodwill and friendliness. Truly a shining example for the rest of the Caribbean and we have many years worldwide to compare. On-going beach works are a necessary intervention but would not put us off if we were booking now to visit in the next few weeks. The... More

We've just returned from our first holiday in Barbados. Prior to going I checked all the suitable hotels for my wife and I. After much checking on Tripadvisor site and other similar sites we settled on Mango Bay. As soon as we arrived we knew we'd made the correct choice. Staff were very welcoming and our room was well eqipped... More
