The owner of this hotel makes it not worth the money. She (Silvia?) runs everything and is not only unfriendly, but rude, argumentative, unhelpful and unpleasant. Nobody bothers to tell new arrivals anything about the hotel or the area. The reception is beyond cold, and people here are generally VERY NICE.
