Just back from 5 nights at the Novotel Massy Palaiseau. Not impressed. To start, checkin was a few words back from the receptionist. They didn't even check how many nights I was booked in for. Found out on the first night that the bar shuts at midnight and while we were finishing our drink the television in the bar switched...

And now the worse:
- corridor, staircase quite old and need renovation.
- Never seen a worse TV Quality in the last years
- No gym, inside pool, wellness

I've stayed 11 nights here and the overall opinion is that the hotel services are poor.

Checking out in the morning's was busy. Queued for 20minutes and they tried...

Whilst a comfortable enough hotel i found the restaurant dinner menu to offer a too limited selection. Also, the airconditioning in my room (433) did not work - this is the 2nd time that this has happened at this hotel
We stayed in this hotel during our recent trip to EUROPE. Very convenient location near metro and TGV railway station. Good atmosphere for family. Helpful staff ... Very reasonable rates compared to luxury offered.
