Its was very nice and clean and service was excellent

spacious rooms, supurb food. close to the west coast national park. very friendly staff. very nice premises. from your bedroom window you can see the flamingo's flying over the lagoon.

Wish we could say that staying in this hotel was great, problem was we were put in a Villa 8kms away.The web site gave no indication of that and we were expecting to be attached to the hotel. The location is excellent, but we had several problems with our "luxury room". The phone didn't work - a known problem with Room 8, but they didn't tell us. It was lovely to return here after several years. Beautiful location, friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. We had a superior room that we had stayed in before years ago and it had been renovated very nicely with new furniture. Very pleasant stay.
