A Small hotel with with good sized clean comfortible rooms - excellent dinner would suggest that you book ahead - would even recomend if you are in the area booking a table for some excellent French food.

Be careful when you are dealing with these people.
We were planning to stay in this hotel in coming September and reserved 3 rooms for 6 people. Before reservation I asked about their cancellation policy and was told that they charge deposit which is fully refunded if they told 15 days ahead of the stay. They requested deposit of $250...

This small hotel is located in a tiny village in the countryside about 20 minutes south of Carcassonne. The village also has a beautiful cloister, which can be visited.
