Had to arrange accommodation in a hurry to sort out a funeral. Marcus offered us his "honeymoon cottage" at a great rate. This was ideal because we had to bring our little King Charles spaniel and having the cottage meant that we could come and go without disturbing anyone. We got married here 20th December 2011 and really cannot thank Marcus (and the boys) enough for everything. We have had so many of our guests say just how much they enjoyed the day. Nothing was rushed and no request was too much trouble. Well Done Marcus and the team!!!

Stayed at DWL just before Christmas. My choice of time for breakfast (07.30) was unacceptable since the person dealing with me had an appointment elsewhere. Agreed 07.00. Arrived downstairs at 0.655, hotel deserted, car park empty, only 'emergency' lighting on. I got the impression that I'd been left locked in on my own overnight. Stayed midweek for training course, Marcus and staff were all helpful and pleasant.

On September 2nd i got married here. I have to say i cannot thank Marcus and his staff enough for everything they did for us. Marcus was proffessional and reassuring, the things i didn't think of for the wedding he did. The food was excellent and the honeymoon suite was stunning. Thanks again Marcus!!
