Firstly, this hotel is situated in Ibstock, a few miles outside of Coalville. That aside, you will be guaranteed a great night here. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and are clean and warm. The owners are lovely people and they cook a mean breakfast too! Couldn't fault this place one bit!

We had a fantastic stay at this B&B, the rooms are beautifully appointed. We stayed here for two nights and it was lovely spotless rooms great breakfast and the owners sue and mike were very welcoming.it was so peacefull i slept like a baby!! Once you have found this (it lays back from the main road and easily missed) you have an oasis. Very friendly welcome and assistance. Room 5 star with many extra touches. Breakfast excellent - just ask for what you want. Highly recommended

This is one of the best B&B's we have stayed in. You alway get a really warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent Full English breakfast both in the quality and quantity. The rooms are very comfortable and absolutely spotless.
