The rooms are good but the food is NOT! There is not enough staff so you cannot always find someone to ask, there is a lack of reliable information about local transport, places to go, things to do etc etc.
The ladies toilet near the sauna wasn't cleaned for the 3 days we were there.

The worst things about this hotel were: unclean rooms, unkind service, terible food, but the worst thing is that the german guests were treated better and for example got fresh pastry each morning. Moreover polish guests were treated as secound-class citizens. I really wouldn't recomend it, especialy to people from Poland.
The personel does not speak english. The food is bad and you don't have any influence or alternative since this is an "all inclusive". Lunch is a really small packet of white bred with cheese. We stayed at the Wiesenhof as part of a cross country skiing package. The Hotel has great facilities a great location for cross country skiing (5 minute walk to the ski areas) and excellent service. It is and feels like a family run hotel but in the best modern tradition of service. A vey relaxing week.
