Having stayed at Harefield Hall on numerous occasions I can safely say it is my favourite hotel IN THE WORLD bar none. I normally stay in one of the suites. The bed is way more comfortable than my own at home. So comfortable in fact that getting up is often a problem! The food is also better than I get... More

We have just returned from a three night stay at Harefield Hall to attend a local wedding. Arriving in pouring rain we were greated by helpful and friendly staff and a log fire in the Bar. Then we were shown to a lovely big bedroom overlooking the Nidd Valley, with four poster bed complete with crisp white linen, and an ensuite... More

We went for a meal an as the title suggests we waited for our food for nearly two hours, and when it came it was cold and under-cooked. We won't be going again.

The new owners have certainly made a huge effort with the hotel and gardens and the change is amazing. The food and staff were superb and so helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and tidy and the setting of the hotel made our stay a most enjoyable one. We will certainly be back.

Didn't stay over as they were fully booked but will try next year for the Harefest. Crackin place with a smashing feel good factor. Was impressed with layout for the Fest & the staff were always willing to help if & when needed. We were there for the day & as I said we hope to stay next year. My... More

I called in while doing a two day walk and after walking 18 miles, I arrived wet to be met by a lovely roaring fire, was shown to a room with a king sized bed and a bath ( a must when walking long distances). I enjoyed an excellent meal and glass of wine before retiring to one of the... More

I am somewhat shocked by the previous review of Harefield Hall as I couldn't disagree more. Harefield Hall is simply a fabulous, friendly and welcoming place to stay in a building steeped in history. My family have been going to Harefield Hall for meals for a few years now whenever we are in Pateley Bridge and have been delighted to... More

Me and my partner stayed at the Harefield Hall recently for a weekend. The decor and rustic feel of the hotel was great, and we were lucky enough to have a lot of nice weather, and the outside seating area is in a prime locaton for catching the rays all day and through the evening, with a glass of wine... We stayed at Harefield Hall over the weekend of the 24th of March and it couldn't of been better!! There was a wedding on so the staff were extremely busy, however they couldn't of been more helpful and accommodating. The Hotel its self is set in gorgeous grounds which do still have a lot of work to be done on... More
