We were visting our daughter who was attending UWA academic interchange last Easter (2011). This was our first stop after 32 hours travelling from Ottawa. Clive & Linda were very accommodating, after our long flight & throughout our visit in Perth. Fun house and perfect cleanliness. A great location for exploring the Perth area. Public transit is nearby so while best to have a car, it's not necessay. Eccentric hosts are very welcoming but very inflexible. Breakfast no later than 8:30am! Varying anything by 10min or asking for any extras gets reprimanded. I won't be returning.
