I've now stayed at the Holly Trees many times and have always found it most welcoming and VFM. Henry knows his strengths and weaknesses, its just a pity it doesn't have a WiFi system for the business person who needs good communications these days.

We found Holly Trees on the internet, searching for an overnight stop between Scotland & London for our family group. We were impressed with our warm & friendly reception, with both the excellent family room and the second bedroom. Definitely a hidden gem!
