I rated this *POOR^ due to the 5 stars ....because it is an excellent 3 star and an average 4 star. The building and location are ideal but that's it. I stayed in this hotel for New Year. The room was traditional style and very expensive for what you expekt to have. Breakfast buffet nice. In the area was snow and it was difficult to move with the car. Very polite staff and very helpful. Expensive coffee and drinks at the bar.

The room was very spacious!! Great location of hotel near the ski center which was why its services were over priced. Way too expensive for what it offered. Breakfast was appalling. Cheap lack of imagination not for a 5 star

The area of Karpenisi is beautiful but we made the mistake of staying there.....many many many many years ago this Hotel was nice BUT it has deteriorated badly....no upkeep at all...i would now rate it as a one star hotel but they still like charging 5 star prices !! Nice tourist hotel. Our room was spacious as we got a room that had two beds for the kids on the ground floor and a kingsize bed on the build-in second floor. View over the mountains from our room was very nice. Breakfast was as you may expect from a hotel like this, nothing fancy, but all you need available.... More

This is a great located hotel with excellent rooms but sometimes forgets that is a five star class hotel and loses it's faith in details. Also must reconsider it's prices again in all areas. Descent spa facilities but expensive. I think that needs a lot to be upgraded. Must it's view from the cafe.
