Extremely friendly people, unbelievably spacious, luxury bedrooms. The bed was superbly comfortable, the bathroom had a bath and a shower and heated floor! Also a fantastic breakfast with stunning views from the dining room. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Easy to park. Spacious, clean,warm rooms with their own entrance. Excellent breakfast - and pleasant dining room. Kitchen available to prepare snacks/supper. Most importantly, a friendly welcome which made us feel at home.

Purpose built B&B with 5 rooms in the countryside near Penicuik not far from Edinburgh. Built I understand five years ago. Stayed one night. Lovely big rooms and bathrooms - Immaculate. From home-made scotch pancakes to the impeccably high standard rooms, everything made this a great break for me and my two children over the half term. 2nd time we've stayed and will definitely be back!
