My wife and I spent three nights at Fletcher Falls Lodge in early September and it was very hard to leave. The location was beautiful and for the brief period when the weather wasn't spectacular, Steve promptly lit a fire in the living room's gorgeous stone fireplace providing a warmth not unlike C.J. and Steve's hospitality. It was like staying... More

CJ and Steve are wonderful hosts, down to earth people who make you feel right at home. We enjoyed our conversations with them in the kitchen so much while eating muffins fresh out of the oven (CJ was preparing a superb breakfast - a true multi-tasker). To top this off, we had our breakfast on the patio, out in the... More

We arrived on Saturday Aug 25th and were greeted by Steve & Buddy the dog :) We instantly felt welcome & again when we met CJ! The cabin was comfortable, immaculate and beautifully decorated! CJ has thought of everything you need! Fletcher Falls is beautiful along with the beach and having the hot springs & Kaslo 10 minutes away was... More

My husband and I always use the September long as our final bike trip of the season. We make our reservations at least 6 weeks in advance, always stay in B & Bs and only drive in the daylight hours. We arrived at Fletcher Falls Lodge, our Sept 1st destination, to be told that if we were not the 3... More

My full and heartfelt apologies to the couple who came and found out we were double booked on the September long week-end. Granted, it was the busiest night of the year, but really, I made an honest mistake and I apologize for that. I took the reservation over the phone while watching TV one evening, and wrote a note to... More

We stayed in the B&B, we liked it so much that we extended or stay. The rooms were excellent, the continental breakfast mouthwatering and being woken by the smell of freshly baked muffings got even the sleepyheads in our group out of bed. Anyone travelling on a motorcycle; the short ride on hard packed gravel to the house is easy... More

I called CJ to pre-book a room for the trip back to Kelowna from my yearly pilgrimmage to Shambhala music festival in Salmo, BC. After five days of music around the clock and one big party, my friends and I practically ran into the serenity of Fletcher Falls. We arrived late and were kindly greeted by CJ, shown to our... More

My boyfriend and I spent a weekend at Fletcher Falls this August. We were greeted with an adorable dog, and fresh, cold home made ice tea. The entire house was spotless including our room and bathroom. The mattress and pillows were perfect for both myself and my boyfriend. Super soft and fluffy pillows, and soft yet firm mattress. Surprisingly it... More

We stayed two nights in this bed and breakfast just outside of Kaslo, BC on our way home to Alberta. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and comfort of this home. Our room was comfortable, with a queen sized bed, and large bathroom. The only suggestion I might have for the bedroom is fluffier pillows. There were no clocks in... More

Thanks for the 'heads-up' about the pillows! I thought the same thing when I dressed the bed just before this visit. It was time to refresh and renew, so I bought new pillows for the bed. I hadn't thought about the fact that there are no clocks in the rooms. Now that I do think about it, I'm torn. On... More

CJ and Steve could not have been more congenial. CJ's breakfasts were original, varied and healthy. We loved sitting out on the deck for breakfast and met several other groups of travelers also staying there. The conversation was always lively and entertaining. Happy hour in the late after noon was also a favourite pastime. Right across the road from the... More

I just returned from a trip to Kaslo where I stayed at the Fletcher Falls Lodge. What a delightful experience. You are truly "away" in this gorgeous setting. We started the day with a breakfast to remember and then put it to good use with a hike up to Fletcher Lake. The mountain was awash in wild flowers and the... More
