Casa Isaitas is undoubtedly the most alluring place that I have visited or stayed at on the island. It is a very well restored set of buildings which serve as home to the owner, restaurant/bar, garden patio, and guest rooms. This bed and breakfast is hidden in the center of Fuerteventura in Pajara. The owner, Pilar, lives on site.
