Wonderful old building, great breakfast, and friendly owner. It's a bit off the beaten track but well worth searching out for its character. The book of photos showing before and after are quite staggering. What an effort Des has put into this place! I have no hesitation recommending it.

The best B & B we had in Ireland! Charming host, beautyful house and rooms, perfect breakfast. A little bit like in Tuscany, but much more relaxing and friendly. The host can you tell all about the best trips and locations. But don't trust the veggie food in the pub nearby the house. ;-)

It is so lovely to be met at the door by your host who takes the time to really make you feel welcome. I highly recommend this welcoming place. Lovely room, great breakfast. There is low key music in the lounge with the fire lighting and it feels like home.

Just stayed two nights at this establishment. It is gorgeous, wonderful breakfast, pleasant and very informative host. The grounds are beautiful! Would return to this B & B if ever in the area again.
