I've stayed here quite a bit when travelling on business. It's a comfortable little hotel with a great staff. Rooms are on the small side though and I will be asking for one of the more spacious "business rooms" next time.

Got in late, on our way to Zermatt, and got a last-minute room. Great location, right next to train station. Helpful, English-speaking staff. Nice, clean rooms. Good breakfast. Only complaint is too soft pillows, which seems to be the norm, at least in this part of Europe. Also, why does every place have liquid soap, instead of bars of soap?

Cute Hotel, very nice location, friendly staff, nice surrounding! Would love to come again and have been excited about close places to see such as Zermatt and Gornergrat within easy access by train. Visp as such is a nice and calm little town while the hotel is close to the train station without being disturbed by noise.

Great location near the railway but not noisy. We had a large room which we shared with 2 children which was quite good. The bathroom was very small. The hotel was clean and the breakfast good. Staff were very friendly but very busy helping in cafe aswell.

Anyone planning to ski in Zermatt should consider staying at this hotel. It's located close to the train station and only a 20 minute drive to Tasch. I had a car so I enjoyed the short scenic drive. This hotel is just beside the train station but I wasn't bothered by any noise. It looks new and my room had a good view from the balcony.
