Calling it a 4-star hotel is a total misnomer! The staff and the hotel customs are outrageous! Confused or upfront rude people are those working there. The dinner meals were out of a can. We visited hotel for skiing. Rooms are rather small with furniture and design from early 80s with renovated bathrom but also small. Breakfast and dinner very poor, every other day the same dishes. Excellent hotel, especially for a family holiday. Family rooms large, comfortable and clean; towels and bedding changed daily. Hotel staff very friendly. Food excellent.
