I stayed here at the recommendation of a friend (Tim) and I wasnt disappointed. The room was excellent, the welcome second to none and the small touches made all the difference. Rose cottage is in a great location and I would definately stay here again if I was in the area.

This is the perfect place to stay - just wish we were able to stay longer than our 1 night. The room was beautiful and such a pleasure to have a sitting room as well. It has to be said that this the best B&B we have ever stayed at. Everything is delightful and so very comfortable. It has to the B&B that all other should be judged against as nowhere quite meets the standard encountered here.

Very friendly welcome from Anna the owner, with pot of tea and homemade cake. Spotlessly clean but homely and very cosy. Attention paid to the smallest details for the guests' comfort. Lovely cooked vegetarian breakfast, with lots of choice, and healthy options. Only stayed the one night but could recommend this to anyone. Excellent value for money.
