The hotel rises in the middle of a neat and clean rural estate and has wide landescapes in front of it. Cozy, intimate, rooms with a strange african safari lodge feeling in the room decor, familiar but not invasive. Few kilometers away from the centre of beautiful Cerveteri village. Not easy to find, better check the map itinerary before going.... More

Isola di Rosa is a hidden gem in the hills just north of Rome. Tho road to it is unpaved and gives you the experience that you are truly away from it all. We (family with two kids 10 and 14 years old) stayed here in July for one night. Our dinner (we made a reservation for this on forehand... More

Great place to relax, especially for couples, once you've survived the 2km drive up the dirt track to the door. Great setting and food, with figs picked straight off the trees for breakfast. Don't expect TV or wireless though

This romantic and warm Heaven is hereby one of my favourites in Italy. We spent 3 days just relaxing by the sea, sitting by the fireplace, had our dinner served in the romantic suite - enjoyed the sunset in the sea... Very friendly and serviceminded owners - A place to come back to anytime of the year.

It's not easy getting there: you must know where you're going. But once you've arrived, you understand why you're there and how much you'll like this place. Call it comfort, call it feeling relaxed, call it the pleasure of being cared: it's the same feeling you have when getting back home. The pleasure of Franco's cooking is wonderful: take a... More

We chose this hotel to be near Rome airport to fill a 4 night gap between 2 villa holidays. We knew the coast was unattractive, but were looking forward to relaxing by / in the pool with a good atmosphere, pampering and great food and wine. This was recommended by "Charme & Relax". We could not have been more disappointed.... More

After seven fabulous weeks at an agriturismo in Tuscany, we wanted a hotel close to Rome's airport. Booked online, a "double superior room" for 100 euros. The road leading to this "hotel" is a goat track and we kept wondering how we had missed a turn. Arrive to find a mickey mouse gate system, one person working cleaning rooms and... More

We have stayed here twice during the off season and each time we have had pleasant experiences. The owner, an architect by trade, has made some unique touches to the rooms and the buildings sit amongst the hills with views of the sea. You will find the location quiet but yet less than an hour to Fiumicino or Rome. The... More
