“Great 4* hotel to stay for a reasonable price”

Nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, super breakfast, clean room and bathroom in the green heart of the city opposite the lake; super location! Free parking, free wifi. This place looks great - it was recently renovated. However, a great appearance didn't make up for a complete lack of customer service and the inability to fulfill advertized amenities.
