The location is great- literally a stones throw away from the beach! The huge open windows strategically located at diff hotel corners are the best palce to sit down with beer as you treat yourself to a unadulterated view of the beach ~~ amazing! The location is very good. The garden in front is not maintained. The swimming pool is not maintained with no shower and changing room available. You have to enter the hotel in your swimming attire. Faboulous location (100 metres from the sea shore.), sea facing window is the big attraction here. Infrastructure is good but some more maintanance is required but the location simply compensates for other things. Food is also ok and affordable. This resort is at an awesome location, right next to the beach. I actually took a package of 2N stay with 1 night at their other cottage next the backwaters.
