The hotel is situated a 15 minute walk away from the city. It is in a delightfully unsophisticated "local" neighborhood. There is an abundance if character about the place from the "local" chickens and ducks, the local eating stalls and adequate eating options. If you decide to stay in Ben Tre this is where you want to go. As other reviewers have mentioned this is a very friendly place. Staff goes the extra mile for their guests. Unfortunately for me and my friend the hotel was booked the night we were hoping to stay. (We went to the hotel without a booking) Even though we were not guests of the hotel the staff couldn't have been any more nice. I was blown away. So much so that I decided I had to write a review.
