We stayed 2 nights in the Studio which is set in a secluded and pretty garden. The studio is well furnished and equipped and immaculate throughout. We were given a warm and friendly welcome and would recommend Riwaka Retreat as a very good value-for-money place to stay for a visit to Abel Tasman park.

Great good fortune to have found this place. We came late at night and they accomodated us anyway, gracio usly. The entrance to our room/cabin was perfumed with the smell of jasmine flowers, growing profusely on the arbor we walked under to get to the room...very lovely. that gives you an idea of the spirit of the place.

What a wonderful place to have a relaxing quiet holiday. We have been here for three or four years and am always sorry to leave. Maree and Ken are very helpful and know the area so well that we were able to get the most from our all too short stay. Simply the best.

What a wonderful spot to take a couple of days off the track and rest up. Maree is great and has tons of suggestions for activities. Top notch.

We spent two lovely nights here and Maree made us feel very welcome. Our unit was clean and cosy and had everything we needed. Maree went the' extra mile' by sending on 3 shirts that I left in the wardrobe (thanks Maree). Would be happy to stay there again.

Tidy suite located in a beautiful quiet garden away from traffic and tourists. Friendly welcome from the owners, well equipped unit, close to Abel Tasman NP attractions. It's a pity we didn't have more time to stay longer. Maybe next time...

Private deck and garden, clean newer studio unit with everything you would need for a short stay. Personally stopped by on the second night to see if everything was ok. Will stay again and take advantage of their guided tours of the Able Tasman.
