Lovely Georgian building with only a small number of lovely warm rooms. Comfortable beds in a quiet area made for a great night's sleep. Superb home cooked food at very reasonable prices. Very personable greetings and hospitality from the owner. I've already booked to return.

Stayed here for about 3 months at the end of 2011, and really enjoyed it. Kept coming back as very happy with the friendly and helpful staff, low cost, good food etc. Team definitely looked after me, and would gladly return in the future.

I have stayed here a few times and have been pleased with my stay. The family which runs the hotel are friendly and pleasant. The place has a lot of character. My colleagues have stayed here for extended periods of time and have also been fulsome in their praise of the place. Will highly recommend
