“Novotel in Constantine”

This good choice to stay in constantine. Hotel offer good standard in mid-money. Localization is really nice, in city centre. Room service is very good, you can't expect more. Price includes continental breakfast. I don't recommend restaurant, it is better to go for eating outside.

The staff meant well but the hotel didn't deliver the quality required for the prices charged. The front desk required a cash payment up front but didn't have change on hand, then struggled to come up with a receipt for the transaction, never mind a detailed bill. The self-service buffet in the restaurant ($35) offered cold rice salad with canned... More

Two good hotels well located with seminar room and banqueting .. fitness but also not yet operational (Novotel) a young and motivated, service a bit too long Check In speed as well as a la carte menus some finishing details but not too serious is there a better Constantine is a bit oblier
